Over the last 14 years, the award winning restaurant from “The Master Chef” Australia in WOAP series, aioli has been known for its Mediterranean fusion food and exceptional service. Menu at Aioli celebrates the Mediterranean but with a local ingredients. Designed and crafted by Chef Anoop Verma, Aioli has been a definite choice for anyone who loves smoked mediterranean delicacies, from appetisers to desserts, dishes are cooked over oakwood and charcoal.

The menu comprises a wholesome spread of salads, appetisers, mains and desserts. With a special emphasis on fresh ingredients, each signature dish at Aioli is curated with freshly sourced ingredients from local markets. For instance, Chef Anoop’s signature dish ‘Grilled Prawns with rosemary and aioli’ packs a flavourful rosemary punch. This creamy and succulent dish with a dash of fresh rosemary and aioli has been a go-to dish for patrons. Some of Aioli’s other specials include – Lamb chops with mushroom sauce, spicy caribbean jerk chicken, pesto chicken, barbecue zatar vegetables, spicy veg grilled sausages and much more. Apart from its A La Carte menu, Aioli also offers a unique and exclusive fine dining experience with its ‘Silver Service’. For those of you who love all things personalised, the ‘Silver Service’ at Aioli offers a personal and custom made menu curated exclusively for you and your group. Each dish is finalised a week in advance after close consultation with the guest. Ranging from 3-19 courses, the Silver course meal is an end to end experience where every minute detail is carefully planned as per theme. From cutlery to wine, every aspect of Silver Course meal has a dash of innovation attached to it. While Aioli has already won hearts with their food, their CSR initiative with armed forces veterans has made a strong impact as well.
